To undertake a career orientation process, it is important to have some introspection. You must take the time to reflect, despite the sense of urgency, as this time of reflection represents an investment that will enlighten your choice and make it a solid and coherent one. We start by thinking about our personal and professional interests, we analyze them and prioritize certain ones. We do the same with our skills through the assessment exercise. We identify our motivating factors, our needs, our values, our requirements as well as the working conditions we would like to have.

It is also important to understand the specifics about the job market to optimize a successful integration in a new sector, to be strategic in our approach and to write an effective resume that meets the selection criteria that lead to an interview.
