The findings

A very real need

The Ministry of Education’s educational success policy and the creation of regional roundtables on academic and career guidance both work toward this goal. A study commissioned by the Ministry on guidance for adults without a diploma found that:

of adults without a diploma, employed or not, have considered going back to school

would like to access guidance services

don’t know which organizations can help answer their guidance questions

Our mandate

Bringing organizations together

The regional roundtables on academic and career guidance bring together organizations that offer guidance services in each administrative region, to make those services easier to find and access. Their aim: to support adults in four steps.

Academic and career guidance
Going back to school
Recognition of acquired competencies (RAC)
Entering the job market

Especially for adults who don’t have a first diploma.

The site

Every service, in one place

Ta voie, tes choix is one of the ways chosen by all the partner regional roundtables to better inform adults about the guidance, training, employment and recognition of acquired competencies (RAC) services available to them.
